Preoperative classes prepare you for the surgery, and physical therapy for knee and hip replacements help restore your movement. Our goal is to help you get back on your feet as quickly and safely as possible.

Orthopedic preoperative classes

We believe the key to achieving better outcomes is making sure you know what to expect each step of the way. During our preoperative classes, we walk you through the surgical process. Topics include:

Your physical therapist gets you up and moving soon after your surgery. We offer group physical therapy classes each day at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The support of a group can give you the encouragement you need to start moving your new joint. Our physical therapists make sure you can get in and out of your car so you can get home safely.
